Question 1

Are parts included in the labor rate?

Accepted Answer

Parts are priced separately and quoted upfront before any work begins. You'll always know the full cost before I start.

Question 2

Is the diagnostic fee waived if I book a repair?

Accepted Answer

No — the $80 diagnostic fee is a separate flat-rate charge and is not applied toward the repair cost.

Question 3

How do I know which travel fee applies to me?

Accepted Answer

Travel distance is calculated from 83rd Ave & Peoria Ave in Phoenix. When you book, the applicable travel fee will be confirmed before your appointment.

Question 4

What is the shop supplies fee?

Accepted Answer

A $10 shop supplies fee may be added to cover consumables used during your service — things like rags, fluids, zip ties, and fasteners. It only applies when these materials are used.

Question 5

Are there any hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

Never. I provide transparent, upfront pricing before any work begins. No surprises on your final bill.

Question 6

When is payment due?

Accepted Answer

Payment in full is due at the time of service upon completion of work. Refusal or failure to render payment constitutes a breach of the service agreement. Zucarelli Auto Repair reserves the right to pursue all available collection remedies, including third-party debt collection. Continued failure to satisfy the outstanding balance may result in civil legal action to recover the amount owed, including collection costs, court fees, and attorney's fees to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Question 7

Who is responsible for obtaining permission for the repair location?

Accepted Answer

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to obtain any required permission from the property owner, HOA, landlord, or any other relevant party before scheduling service at a given location. Any fines, citations, or penalties resulting from performing repairs at a location where such work is not permitted are the full responsibility of the customer. Zucarelli Auto Repair assumes no liability for violations of property rules, local ordinances, or any other regulations related to the service location.

Question 8

Can I provide my own parts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can provide your own parts. Please note that I can only warranty the labor on customer-supplied parts, not the parts themselves. I recommend OEM or quality aftermarket parts for the best results.

Question 9

Where do you provide service?

Accepted Answer

I serve the greater Phoenix area. Service is performed at the location of the customer's request — whether that's your home, office, store, or any other location — as long as the area is safe for repairs to be performed. Travel fees are based on distance from 83rd Ave & Peoria Ave — $20 under 30 miles, $40 over 30 miles.

Question 10

Can service be denied or refused?

Accepted Answer

Yes — service may be denied if: the vehicle is in an unsafe area; the customer is not present at the service location at the scheduled appointment time and has not communicated within 10 minutes; there is an outstanding balance from a previous unpaid service; or the vehicle itself is in an unsafe condition. Zucarelli Auto Repair reserves the right to refuse service in any of these situations.

Question 11

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

Wed–Fri: 4:00–8:00 PM and Sat–Sun: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Question 12
